I am from the midwest, currently living in St. Louis Park Minnesota. In my life, I have lived in London, England as well as Madison Wisconsin, and Des Moines Iowa. I went to school for Creative advertising and marketing at Drake University and got my masters from St Thomas University.
I love to travel, It has been a goal of mine to always visit more countries than my age, so far I am in 35 countries and 5 continents, missing just Australia and Antarctica. I love to snowboard and I go out west every year to a new location to ski a different mountain. I have been to the Swiss Alps and every popular resort in the Rockies.
I also love to cycle, whether mountain biking, road cycling, or even inside with the peloton. Every year I do the MS150 from Duluth to the Twin Cities which is a 150-mile bike ride to raise money for multiple sclerosis.
Anything outdoors I am passionate about it, I am absolutely addicted to golf in the summer as well as living on the pontoon or fishing boat. I yearly go to Canada for a week-long fishing trip with my family and also go on a camping trip with my friends from high school. Additionally, in the fall you will find me hunting, either pheasant, duck, or deer.
My wife Sam shares a lot of these same sports interests and is also from the Midwest, Wisconsin. She is in Finance for a large publicly traded company based in Minnesota. The small home we share also comes with a 4-year-old golden retriever named Watson.
I have a brother named Brandon, and a mother named Jill who all live close to me as well. My father passed away from cancer.
My professional career ranges from working with a large retailer to creating my own probiotic supplement company to managing the marketing departments of 4 different high-growth financial tech companies in payments, Accounts payable Automation and Accounts Receivable automation.
I tend to like working for small businesses because I love to witness what my work does for an organization and I like to move fast to get things done. Similarly, this is why I also like to do house projects and renovations – the love for creation is shared between the two activities.
